These men are group masturbating, also known as circle jerking. The circle jerk is another common form of mutual masturbation. It is defined as "more than two people masturbating at the same place and at the same time". Group masturbation often involves some type of competition, such as comparing to see who has the largest erection, who ejaculates first (the fastest), who ejaculates the most, who can shoot their semen the farthest.

An alternate term for this is called a line jerk, where more than two men are standing in a line masturbating each other, sometimes facing each other.
