The amount of semen in this ejaculation is about average. It's about 4 or 5 mL (or about a spoonfull). Unfortunately, many men mistakenly believe that "average" means the same thing as "normal". This false belief often causes unnecessary anxiety. In reality, normal quantities of semen can be much less than the amount in this picture or much more. Just as other characteristics of humans vary greatly, ejaculation volume is no exception.
