This masturbation method requires laying back on a bed with an ice cube under the testicles.

Masturbate until you are about to reach orgasm while leaning back and not letting the testicles or penis touch the ice cube.

When you are just about to ejaculate, lean forward and let the testicles bounce off the ice cube.

Alternate Technique: If the ice cube on the testicles is too intense during masturbation, simply chill the other hand with the ice cube before or during the masturbating session. Then, when about to ejaculate, simply put the other cold hand right up against the testicles.
