NOTE: Techniques number 34, 35, and 36 are similar. All three should be viewed before deciding on how to personalize these methods for your own preference. This male masturbation technique will come totally natural to some guys, while other men will really have to make an effort to get it right.

(1) Find a comfortable pair of pants, pajamas, or boxer shorts. Some people like to do this technique naked, but it seems to work well with a soft loose fit fabric like fleece, sweatpants, polyester, silk boxers, or whatever feels most comfortable. Some men prefer to wear tight clothing, but most say it restricts the motion of this technique.

(2) The trick to this technique (which is can not be seen in the picture) is to place the penis in a diagonal position between the leg (thigh) and the pubic hair area.

(3) Lay face down on a bed and prop yourself up with your arms. Some people get better leverage if they use their hand on the wall for support, while others just lean their weight on their arm, elbow, or shoulder.

(4) Use the pelvis to grind and thrust so that the underside of the head of the penis (glans) rubs all the way up and down underneath the body.

NOTE: As a variation, you can point your penis straight up and use your arms to rock whole body back and forth (from head to toe).

Lying on stomach technique

Before I describe it, let me tell you it is extremely enjoyable - I do it about 20-30 times a week, ( 9-5 job withstanding ).

Lie face down - naked on your bed. It is important the bedsheet be very smooth ( high thread cotton or pure polyester - depending on whether the weather is hot or cold ). I also like to cover my back with a sheet or blanket to keep myself warm - helps me concentrate on the real stuff.

Resting your chin on a pillow, and penis pointing towards your head ( not toes ), start off by gently rubbing the penis against the bed sheet. As the penis gets harder, lift your butt up and down putting alternatively more pressure and less pressure on the penis. The stomach and penis should always stay in contact with the bed sheet - you are just increasing and decreasing the pressure on the penis. You can either use a fantasy or a adult magazine or movie. Don't rush. Go slow. Take 10-15 minutes to build up your juices. It does not leave the penis sore - so you can do it again within a few hours or even minutes.

A 2nd variant of this technique is similar to above , but doing it on the carpet wearing a SOFT cotton pant ( no jeans ).

A 3rd technique is same as first technique, but with the sheet on the carpet instead of on the bed.

The 2nd and 3rd techniques provide better climax but dont use them more than once a day. For frequent use, 1st technique is better.

Thrusting the Side of the Bed
