(1) For the technique in the picture to the left, be sure to use plenty of lubrication on the penis, the hand, and the underside of the wrist.
(2) Grip the penis with the Backhand Technique
(3) Lay face down on a bed and prop yourself up with the other arm. Some people get better leverage if they use their hand on the wall for support, while others just lean on their elbow or shoulder.
(4) Use the pelvis to thrust in and out of the hand so that the underside of the head of the penis (glans) rubs all the way up against the lubricated wrist.

Water Bottle Style
Cut the bottom off an ordinary bottle of water. Use plastic grocery bags stacked inside each other (about 5 or 6 depending on tightness desired) and twist bags so that you can pull the closed end of the bags through the cap end of the bottle. Find the center of the bags and spread them out to make the opening for your penis to go into.
