This is similar to the full fist method, except here you pay very close attention to your thumb. Hold it on outside of the penis instead of on the inside. Move the thumb around as you stroke up and down. Get the thumb on the underside of the penis glans, and while masturbating, concentrate on the thumb. I don't know if someone else has suggested this, but I found a great new way to masturbate. If you are loosely cut like me and have extra skin under the head of your penis this is a great way to cum fast with a great orgasm. Take the skin between your thumb and forefinger and rub the skin between them. You cum quickly, but the orgasm is great.

Hold penis in fist near the top with the hand. Put thumb across the top of the head. Loosen up the grip on the higher fingers, and swirl your thumb around the top of the head. The thumb will trace the sensitive ridge of the penis, or just higher than it. Position the hand so that the thumb is best able to move around the head. Works when you're still soft. This one needs lubrication. Take both hands, turning both inwards at the wrist. Place your non-dominant hand at the bottom of the shaft and your dominant hand just above it (near the top). Squeeze slightly to form a "vagina" around your dick.
