MASTURBATION TECHNIQUE

The most basic and common male masturbation technique is to simply grip the penis with a loose fist and then to move the hand up and down the shaft. This simple type of stimulation is usually all that is required to achieve a basic sexual climax and ejaculation. The objective is to create gentle friction that stimulates the sensitive nerves on the glans (top) of the penis, which causes a sensation of pleasure.

The "Full Fist" masturbation illustration (shown below) displays how all the fingers and thumb may be wrapped around the penis. However, the masturbator may choose to use only certain fingers. The up and down motion can be used at any comfortable speed during masturbation. The speed may vary according to the pleasure responses the masturbator feels during the session. Moving faster when approaching orgasm is common.

If the penis is uncircumcised, the masturbator can pump the skin up and down to cause it to glide across the shaft and the glans. If the penis is circumcised, lubrication may be required if the friction from masturbation causes discomfort.

Tip - The "Stop-and-Go" - Many men like to stop for a moment and then start again to prolong the masturbating session. In addition to stopping and starting, squeezing the penis to cause the erection to subside a little bit during the stop period can also add to the time before orgasm.

Full first grip method 1

I often use a similar masturbating technique but allow me to comment on the video at the TOP of this page. The guy shown masturbating on the top video has a very nice, beautiful and well built penis. He is circumcised and the frenulum is removed. Why does he try to draw the shaftskin over the head of the penis while stroking upward? It isn't necessary. I think it is better to stroke downward - the shaft to the base of the penis, and don't stretch the skin when going up but to slide the grip over the head releasing the shaftskin while going upward. Maybe it's a variant of this masturbation technique.
Editor's Note: The reason why you may be confused on this is because the person pictured in the video does not have a "full" or "tight" circumcision. He has more foreskin than you can see in the video -- although the tip of the penis foreskin is cut. There are many different types of penises and many different levels of circumcision, as you can see on the Documentary of the Penis site.

Non-dominant hand masturbation

In my mid-twenties I tried masturbating with my non-dominant hand (in my case the left hand). I don't get it, but for some reason the orgasm is intense. I never touch the head of my penis, but just slide the dry foreskin up and down deliberately slow. I am sure this will not work for everyone, but it is sure worth a try.
